FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to the external drainage systems. System consists of the drain pipe with the water intake funnel and drain elbow. On the rim of the funnel the removable hollow cone-shaped insert is installed, the upper base of which overlaps the input section of the rim, and the bottom one is equipped with the nozzle. In the coaxial gap between the insert and the rim, the cone and the funnel cup, the electrical heating cable is spirally fixed, which is connected above the insert with the electrical heating cable, and below the nozzle up to the input to the drain elbow is attached with the clamps to the cable, which is fixed to the roofing. Clamps have flat vertical ribs, which are deployed relative to each other.

EFFECT: technical result is the increased operational reliability of the drainage system.
