FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of propulsion engineering. Substance of invention consists in the fact that engine comprises cylinder (1) and piston (2), at that there is degree of admission space (V2) compression, which satisfies the condition of required power availability, which is maintained so that there is pressure in the range from 1.8 to 5 MPa in the end of compression stroke, in order to create condition for increase of combustion and pressure temperature. According to coefficient of prolonged expansion, which may be achieved by efficient working pressure, effective volume (V) of cylinder is selected so that it is more than volume (V2), thus, thermal energy that remained after operation for expansion of permanent combustion gas volume may be used for additional expansion, provided there is adiabatic condition for creation of operation condition during prolonged expansion. Several jackets (6) of water cooling are installed on combustion chamber (5) and on top part of cylinder (1), while lower part of cylinder (1) is not equipped by water cooling jacket, and heat-insulating agent (7) is applied on it (7), and because of that heat loss is eliminated in process of operation with prolonged expansion to improve effect of operation during prolonged expansion; diameter of consumption valve (3) is reduced, and diameter of outlet valve (4) is increased to reduce angle of exhaust advance and amplification of prolonged expansion effect. Invention may substantially increase thermal efficiency factor, reduce fuel consumption and reduce environment pollution.
EFFECT: increase of thermal efficiency factor, reduction of fuel consumption and reduction of environment pollution.
