SUBSTANCE: essence of the invention consists in the fact that the four-stroke internal combustion engine with spark ignition (SI) carries out the process of the constantly shortened inlet that allows temperature and pressure of the sucked air in the combustion cylinders to be under strict control, and provides the possibility of operation with a very small combustion chamber, so that much higher compression ratio and pre-ignition compression pressure can be achieved without approaching the auto-ignition threshold of the air-fuel mixture. Maximum threshold of the volume of the reduced intake makes 68 % of the volume of the engine cylinder in order to achieve the degree of compression of the CC equal to 22.1 or higher. Since this design allows effective control and setting of maximum temperature of preliminary ignition of air-fuel mixture, engine can operate on virtually any type of liquid hydrocarbon fuel without knocking. Due to its higher degree of compression, this four-stroke engine generates energy equal to or greater than standard four-stroke engine in lighter and smaller body and with much higher efficiency.
