FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to propulsion engineering, in particular, to fuel equipment of internal combustion engine. Invention makes it possible to increase wear resistance of interacting surfaces in contact area between ring and at least one plunger that at least mediately interacts with it. High pressure pump for fuel injection device in internal combustion engine comprises rotated drive shaft with section arranged eccentrically relative to its axis, on which ring is installed with the possibility of rotation, and at least one pump element, which has plunger put to reciprocal motion mediately by drive shaft via ring, which is at least mediately rests against the ring. Ring is coated by antifriction varnish on at least external surface that is inverted from eccentric section of drive shaft, at least on that section of the surface, on which at least one plunger is at least mediately rests against this ring.
EFFECT: increase of wear resistance of interfacing surfaces.
