FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of machine building and may be used in technological operations of gas-pumping units assembly, and also in their repair and reconstruction on compressor stations. Method of gas-pumping unit assembly includes alternate installation of compressor and gas-turbine engine on frame, installation of radiator, for instance, laser one, on compressor shaft flange, determination of engine flange center displacement by light spot on engine flange, combination of engine flange center with compressor shaft axis. Them radiator is reinstalled on engine shaft, and displacement of engine shaft axis relative to compressor flange center is determined by radiator light spot, engine is rotated relative to center of its flange in vertical and horizontal planes, and axes of engine and compressor shafts are matched. Invention makes it possible to achieve required accuracy of compressor and gas-turbine engine installation on frame, to increase manufacturability of assembly and alignment processes independently on distance, at which compressor and engine shafts are located, and if special equipment is not available.

EFFECT: achievement of required accuracy of compressor and gas-turbine engine installation on frame.
