FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: shaft lines with such flanges mainly operate at a nominal rotation speed of up to 6000 rpm or - up to 100 Hz. The technical result is achieved by the fact that when assembling the shaft line whereat the rotors of the free turbine of the engine, compressor and transmission are pre-equilibrated, they are combined with permissible errors of eccentricities, on the rotors and transmission, the places of maximum radial runout of the forming connecting flanges are determined during equilibration, the rotors and transmission are connected to place combination of maximum radial runout of the forming connecting flanges; after connecting the rotors, correction of the mounting imbalances of the transmission is carried out by installing loads in the most massive parts near the connecting flanges.
EFFECT: increasing accuracy of the shaft line assembly while minimizing the eccentricity of the transmission mass by controlling the eccentricity positions of the connecting surfaces of all rotors and the multi-plane correction of residual imbalances.
