FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pipeline fittings. Two gates are arranged in the case of the valve. The first gate - an unloading one - is made in form of a rod with a sealing surface and a collar. It is assembled coaxially inside the second - control gate ready fitted with a sealing element, with blind discharging opening, with sealing surface and tubular part with radial apertures. Also radial apertures in the tubular part of the control gate, located before the sealing surface downstream the flow of medium, by size and number are identical to apertures in the tubular part of a saddle assembled behind the sealing element downstream the medium flow, which is made also radial. External diametre of control gate behind the sealing surface is made stepped. The step of a smaller diametre is situated from the side of the sealing surface and creates a cavity with a tubular part of the saddle. This cavity communicates with the unloading opening via a channel; the unloading opening is made blind. The cavity over the step of a bigger diametre communicates with an inlet channel via the opening in the control gate. The control gate facilitates simultaneous opening and closing of radial apertures in the saddle and gate.
EFFECT: increased reliability and operational life of valve.
