FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heating engineering and is designed for use in heating and hot water supply systems as well as for heating viscous fluids in various manufacturing procedures. To achieve the aim a heat generator is proposed. It comprises an electrical engine and a heating unit including a cylindrical casing with two covers - lower and upper ones - set inside the casing coaxially with a gap formed by two discs one of them being movable to move the fluid by rotation and the other one - fixed. The electrical engine is a flange-mounted, low-speed one, set vertically and connected to the heating unit by an adapter ring; the movable disc comprises radially set nozzles which are fitted with a cut in the form of a slit along the axis on the side turned to the fixed disc, are fitted with braking plates mounted before the outlet of each nozzle and are embraced by an outer ring with its crosscut section being an equilateral triangle; the fixed disc is mounted on the lower cover through supports and a cone ring and is fitted with openings in the base between the straightedges near the cone ring.
EFFECT: increasing efficiency, reliability and reducing noise level.
