FIELD: heating; drying.

SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to technology of drying particulates and can be used in microbiology, food, chemical and other industries. Device for spray drying and granulating particulates comprises case inside of which there is spray chamber, with atomiser and collector for feeding in the spray agent. The device also has drying chamber with system of cleaning exhaust spray agent, granular inert material on gas distributing array, brought into fluidised state by imparting horizontal oscillations to the spring-loaded case of the drier. The atomiser is acoustic and is in form of case inside of which there is nozzle ultrasonic generator and ring-shaped cavity resonator. The case is in form of cylinder bushing, in the upper part of which there is pipe for feeding in the spray agent, and perpendicular to its axis there is pipe for feeding in the material to be dried. Inside the case, in line with it, bushing with upper and lower flanges is rigidly fixed. The lower flange is rigidly fixed into groove on the case, and inside the bushing, in line with it, there is a ring-shaped cavity resonator in form of cup with conical surface, pressed onto beam with diameter d, equal to the diameter of the resonator. At the tail end of the resonator there are locking disks in form of elastic blades, touching the inner surface of the bushing. In the lower flange there is at least one nozzle at an angle to the axis of the resonator. The extension of the axis of the nozzle lies on circumference located in the middle part of the conical surface. On the inner surface of the bushing there are in-line tapered and cylindrical openings.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of drying.
