FIELD: physics; computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to computer engineering. It can be used in scientific research and technology, where there is need to determine the optimum time program for servicing technical equipment making up a single complex or system. This outcome is achieved by that, the device has a memory unit, two multiplier units, three adders, two dividers, a subtractor, non-linearity unit, time sensor, comparator unit, integrator, three delay elements, OR gate, monostable multivibrator, memory element, switch, and a shift register. The device differs from the prototype by presence of a shift register, a second divider, second multiplier unit and a range of new inter-unit connections.
EFFECT: more functional capabilities and wider field of application.
