SUBSTANCE: invention is related to systems of wireless communication. Method includes the following operations: sending of the first set of the first packet slots by Access Terminal (AT) into Access Network (AN), sending of the first set of the second packet slots by Access Terminal (AT) into Access Network (AN), then Access Terminal (AT) determines whether ACK was received that corresponds to successful decoding of the first set of the first packet slots from Access Network (AN) by Access Terminal (AT), or it was NACK message that corresponds to unsuccessful decoding of the first set of the first packet slots from Access Network (AN) by Access Terminal (AT), and sending of the first set of the third packet slots by Access Terminal (AT), when ACK has been received.
EFFECT: increase of throughput capacity.
