FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: seed planting device contains body, seed hopper and seeding disk with cells for seeds. A shutoff of extra seeds is installed on the peripheral surface of seeding disk without a gap and is designed to slide. The shutoff has a cavity for transfer of seeds from the hopper to cells of the seeding disk and a body; the shutoff is installed in the body by means of springs. Working surface of the shut-off is made at the angle of 45° against the peripheral surface of the seeding disk. The device is equipped with a pressurising band to fix seeds in the cells. The band is installed in a floating position against the body with a gap not exceeding ¼ of a seed size.

EFFECT: facilitating accurate seeds spacing in row; pressurising units of structure in zones of seeds intake and planting; avoiding seeds damaging.
