SUBSTANCE: method involves soaking in cream and chopping wheat bread, chopping chicken and mixing of the listed components with table salt and black bitter pepper to prepare minced mass, forming it, breading in wheat crumbs and frying in the melted butter to prepare cutlets; cutting and frying in the melted fat potatoes; cutting and browning in lardine carrots and parsley roots, blanching and cutting dried plums; cutting and freezing runner beans; mixing without oxygen access potatoes, carrots, parsley roots, dried plums, runner beans, sugar and table salt to prepare garnish; packing cutlets and melted butter as well as sealing and sterilising of the recipe components.
EFFECT: improved digestibility.
