SUBSTANCE: device comprises body arranged in the form of triaxial ellipsoid shell filled with elastic polymer material. Shell of triaxial ellipsoid first half comprises at least four fixation elements arranged in the form of disks that are installed evenly along one of parallels, at the same angular distance from each other. Every of disks comprises atraumatic suture material in the form of needle with thread, both ends of which protrude outside. Fixation elements are installed inside ellipsoid level formed by two parallels that are located at the distance from 1/3 to 2/3 of length of triaxial ellipsoid vertical semiaxis from axis of symmetry of triaxial ellipsoid. Point of triaxial ellipsoid external surface, which is most distant from axis of symmetry, is equipped with fixation element in the form of loop that protrudes outside. Triaxial ellipsoid shell and fixation elements are made of different biologically inertial biocompatible materials.

EFFECT: reduction of time required for operation and achievement of better cosmetic effect.
