FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology.

SUBSTANCE: device has hollow closed curvilinear envelope made of biologically inert biocompatible material. Device has two components. First component is made in form of ellipsoid being congruent to surface of eyeball. Second component is made in form of at least four oval-shaped segments of ellipsoidal surface. Any segment is congruent to surface of first component and is disposed in lower part of first component's surface along axis being parallel to longitudinal axis of symmetry of first component at equal angular distance one to other. External surface of first component is connected with internal surface of any oval-shaped segments. External surface of any four oval-shaped segments has at least four loops. Any loop is made for inclination and/or curve at any plane. It is turned to end being opposite to first component and is disposed at similar angular distance from other loop. Second component has braided fibers of biologically active biocompatible material.

EFFECT: better cosmetic effect at evisceration and nucleation.
