FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: flap handle contains the case, in which the handle loaded with the compression spring is pivotally mounted. The spring is located in the case between the handle stop and case stop. Surfaces of the handle and case stops, contacting with the spring, form in its extension inter se the dihedral assembly, the edge of which doesn't coincide with the rotation axis of the handle.
EFFECT: increase of operational reliability.
