FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: rotary handle is suggested, it contains casing with hole, in which lever is installed by its end with possibility of rotation. At free end it is provided with stop interacting with rolling bodies of the bearing. Stop has shape of race for the rolling body of the bearing, casing from the stop side has second race for the rolling body of the bearing. The rolling bodies are installed in the retainer and are located between the casing and stop in the specified races. At the handle end there can be lock element for the bearing take-up.
