FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to development of oil reservoirs and can be of use for development of a flooded oil reservoir. The flooded oil reservoir development method includes injecting fluid through injection wells, withdrawing products from production wells, developing a system to monitor and control pressure between oil-bearing and water-bearing formation portions, and injecting chemical agents into a formation. Prior to injecting chemical agents into a formation, the most flooded production wells are selected along with injection wells that have the largest effect on these production wells. Chemical agents are injected through the selected wells with plugs of surfactant and cross-linked polymer system (CLPS) injected successively into injection wells and plugs of surfactant, CLPS, surfactant, and clay mud injected successively into production wells. The most flooded production wells that did not restore their productivity can be used as injection wells after said treatment.
