FIELD: physics, communication.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to communication engineering. In method of data obtainment for their application by receiver of satellite system for location detection or GNSS, data is obtained from receiver with the help of remote server, meteorological information is used as well as regional or global three-dimensional map of nodal points of network, from which it calculates troposphere delays by routing of beams through the field of refractory ability, produced from results of atmospheric pressure measurements, temperature and data on moisture content, at that these results of measurements may be received from meteorological services. When this method is used for clarification of location detected by user receiver, which comprises non-meteorological model based on data about climate, which gives zenithal delays, and facility for establishment of their compliance with specific angles of incline, server also comprises copy of such non-meteorological model and provides for obtainment of delay values that correspond to it by means of beam tracking in the form of zenithal delays. Sets of corrections are compressed by methods of images compression and are sent through GNSS satellites with low speed of data transmission into user receiver, and this receiver only applied corrections to zenithal delays produced by means of its own model. If user location is available, then server may immediately receive accurate values of signals delay in troposphere for location of receiver for their direct transmission.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of location detection with presence of errors caused by troposphere.
