FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method envisages the animals being continuously fed with a granulated fodder product with a dietary fibre content no less than 30%. Females are served on the 17th-21st day of the lactation period (semi-pressed kindling method). The nest correction is done on expiry of 3-5 days for the number of rabbits remaining to be equal to that of the female's dugs. The females to have borne less than 6 infants become sorted out. Separation is performed when the rabbit youngs are 45 days old as follow: perspective males are singly isolated, females are kept in a nest till age to breed. At a 75-days' age animals undergo obligatory vaccination and revaccination. Rabbits are meat slaughtered at an age of 90-120 days.
EFFECT: rabbit livestock mortality rate reduction and increased yield of enhanced quality product.
