FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: canned food production method consists of beef cutting, frying in melted butter and mincing. Raw onions are cut, browned in melted butter and shredded. Hot pepper is cut, blanched and shredded. Garlic is blanched and strained, asparagus and parsley are frozen and minced. The above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with white dry wine, bone broth, tomato paste, culinary salt and CO2 -extracts of hot black pepper and red hot pepper. The received mix is packed in aluminium tubes at the certain outflow capacity of components. Then hermetic sealing and sterilisation follow.
