FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: method includes cutting of salt pork and mixing it with table mustard, table salt and bitter black pepper to prepare mince, cutting and beating beef, putting mince between two pieces of beef, wetting them in liaison, breading in wheat crumbs and frying in melted fat to prepare rump steaks. Potatoes are cut, blanched and grinded, horse radish is cut and blanched, green beans are frozen and cut. Then potatoes, horse radish, green beans, milk and table salt are mixed without access of oxygen to prepare garnish. Rump steaks, garnish and melted fat are packed and recipe components are sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: new canned food features improved digestibility as compared to a similar dish.
