FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: proposed preserve food is prepared as follows: mutton and horsemeat are cut, fried in melted butter and minced; carrots and onions are cut, sautéed in melted butter and minced; green dill is frozen and minced; beans are boiled till double increase of weight and minced. The above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with bone broth, tomato paste, culinary salt and CO2-extracts of saffron and hot red pepper. The resultant mixture is packaged in aluminium tubes, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: improved digestibility.
