FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: canned food is produced by cutting and frying mutton and horse meat in tallow, cutting and browning in tallow carrots and onions, cutting and freezing dill, boiling beans up to double increase in weight, mixing the said ingredients with tomato paste, salt, saffron and red hot pepper without oxygen access, packing the obtained mixture and the bone broth, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: improved digestibility.
