FIELD: mechanics; construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention implementation enables high-quality treatment of unconsolidated surfaces of reinforced concrete products fabricated of harsh concrete mixes and designed to be used for civil and industrial construction purposes. The installation consists of a self-propelled gantry, a drive and a shaft whereon the working unit with integrated rollers is mounted. The integrated rollers are mounted on three 120° unfolded horizontal axles. The working unit consists of a damper, a harmonic vibration generator connected to the vertical drive shaft, a planetary reduction gear and a bevel gear group. Each roller is divided in three parts (the outer, the inner and the mid rollers) capable of independent rotation at varied rates as a result of different gear ratios of the bevel gear group being actuated.
EFFECT: improved quality of product surface treatment; enhanced concrete mix compaction degree and metal intensity minimisation.
