SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used for high-quality processing of uncured reinforced concrete surfaces of articles molded from concrete mixes for civil and industrial construction. Concrete surface finisher disc tool comprises drive shaft to transfer toque to smoothing disc. Electromagnets are fitted in smoothing disc recesses to induce magnetic field. Said electromagnets are fed via sliding contacts of rheostat to vary magnetic field gradient.

EFFECT: higher surface quality, high-strength surface layer.
