FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: disc actuating element of smoothing machine with vertical oscillations and oppositely rotating elements consists of dampers and elastic clutch. The elastic clutch is joined to vertical transmission shaft, on which there is cog-wheel which is locked onto satellite gears. The satellite gears are fixed on a body on which the master gear of the unbalancing mechanism is rigidly fixed. That way, when the electric motor is switched on, the disc and the ring rotate in different directions and cone shaped cog-wheels of the unbalancing mechanism start rotating at the same time. The unbalancing mechanism is installed with provision for interaction with the smoothing disc for transmission of vertical oscillations.
EFFECT: high quality of processing surfaces of objects and low power inputs of smoothing process.
