FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction industry and may be used for high-quality processing of reinforced concrete items formed from rigid concrete mixes. Disk smoothing device with rectilinear horizontal oscillations consists of body, driving shaft, unbalances, which may rotate in various directions, creating horizontal oscillations for vibration-smoothing element of device. Possibility to transfer rotation of driving shaft makes it possible to transfer rotation torque to planetary single-step reducer, smoothing disk is fixed on output shaft via flange joint, with the possibility to rotate and oscillate in horizontal plane.
EFFECT: high-quality of item surface processing and reduced metal intensity.
