Vessels and device for wrappers feeding are arranged with possibility of shifting relative to each other inside labeling star, by means of vessels shifting motion around their vertical axis and/or by means of wrapper feeding device shifting motion around its vertical axis.
EFFECT: high quality application of labels on tanks, together with device simplicity.
