SUBSTANCE: invention concerns receivers of global navigating satellite system (GNSS) which work with satellite signals of Galilei from a variable binary offset carrier (AltBOC). The method of demodulation of a signal from a variable binary offset carrier, containing, at least, two subcarriers (E5a, E5b), each of which has cophased and a quarter-phase component, promodulated by pseudorandom codes, and quarter-phase components (E5aQ, E5bQ) modulated pilots-signals without data transmission, and cophased components (E5aI, E5bI) modulated data transmission signals, contains following stages: transformation of signals from a variable binary displaced bearing in the intermediate frequency; a filtration of the conversed signals by means of the band-pass filter and digitisation of the filtered signals; Formation of a phase bearing and rotational displacement of a phase bearing lumped signals according to the specified phase bearing; correlation turned lumped signals; formation for every subcarrier (E5a, E5b) pseudorandom binary codes and a phase of subcarrier which use for correlation turned lumped signals.
EFFECT: simplification of demodulation of Galilei signals.
