For this purpose gain parametre of required quality of service of location determination (LQoS), determine actual quantity LQoS, determine, whether actual quantity LQoS to parameter required LQoS satisfies, give the indicator of availability of services of location determination on the basis of effect of the mentioned definition which provides instructions of that services of location determination are accessible, before requesting location when actual quantity LQoS satisfies to parameter required LQoS.
