FIELD: agricultural industry.
SUBSTANCE: soil tillage device of the present invention comprises two hub-mounted disks positioned along an outside diameter of said hub in the form of alternating projections and grooves furnished with inclined peripheral slots. The aforesaid slots house segmented blades having a trapezoidal cross section. The slots are positioned close to the front end in the rotation direction in such a manner that the full width of a blade backplane fits into an inclined slot. The segmented blade plane front end protrudes by the amount that is in a radial projection equal to the maximum blade-cut soil layer thickness. The said segmented blades are fastened by means of countersunk head bolts in the direction from the side of segmented blade plane front end to backrest rear end of inclined slots of each disc.
EFFECT: lowered power and metal consumption; reduced time required for reblading.
