FIELD: mechanical engineering; agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural mechanical engineering, in particular to combined units and seeders for direct sowing of grasses. Seed drill comprises frame 1, on which wheels 2, hopper 3 with sowing devices 4 and their drive, seed tubes 5, milling section 6 and packing rollers 7 are installed. Milling section 6 has mechanism 8 for adjusting the depth of treatment and is covered with casing 9 with seed guides 10. On the output shaft of the milling section there are working elements 11 in the form of disks 12 with blades 13, having a damper device from an internal and an external bushing, which are installed with possibility of rotation relative to each other and between the projections of which there are compression springs. Total stiffness of springs, at maximum installation length, is equal to minimum cutting force of soil with blades. Output shaft is equipped with a safety coupling. Its drive half-coupling is made on the end surface of the milling section driven gear output shaft and has slots for spring-loaded balls. Driven half-coupling is aligned with end surface of shaft collar. Half-couplings are connected by means of balls, which in operating condition of coupling are in holes of driven half-coupling. Force of operation of safety coupling, equal to total stiffness of springs of one of damping devices at compression under load corresponding to maximum allowable force on blade 13, is adjusted by nut and springs. At that, parameters of working element 11 and mode of operation of milling section 6 must satisfy condition of constant presence in soil treatment mode, with cutting force exceeding 2/3 of its average value, not more than one blade 13 from among alternately installed on each of working elements 11.

EFFECT: invention will allow to reduce the value and increase the uniformity of the torque transmitted by the milling section drive of the strip sowing machine, increased accuracy of its safety coupling actuation and simplified design of damper-safety mechanism.
