FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the food industry, mainly meat and vegetable preserved food production. Canned food is prepared by blanching and straining garlic and mixing it with table salt and black bitter pepper to obtain minced meat. Horse beef is cut and bitten. Minced meat is put on the horse beef and rolled to obtain rolls. Green onion is cut and frozen and mixed in oxygen-free conditions with table salt and calcium ascorbate. Rolls, garnish and bone broth are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: production of tinned food which has improved digestibility.
