FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: canned food is cooked by coriander leaves cutting and freezing, Adygei cheese grating and mixing of listed components with salt, khmeli suneli spicy mixture and red hot pepper to obtain mince. Chicken fillet is beaten. The prepared mince is placed on the meat slices that are rolled up to produce rolls. Spring onions is cut and frozen. It is mixed without oxygen access with table salt and calcium ascorbate to obtain side dish. Rolls, side dish and chicken broth are packed, pressurised and sterilised.
EFFECT: enhanced digestibility.
