SUBSTANCE: method supposes blanching and cutting of garlic, cutting of lungs and rumen, mixing the listed ingredients with table salt and black pepper to get mince. Beef is cut and chopped. Mince is laid on beef. Beef is rolled to get rolls. Spring onions is cut and frozen. It is mixed without oxygen access with table salt and calcium ascorbate. Rolls are packed into containers as well as side dish and bone broth, than sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: higher assimilability compared to famous culinary dish.
