SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the technology of production of meat and vegetable preserves for space meals. The proposed preserve preparation method includes the following operations. The recipe components are prepared according to traditional technology. Prepared mutton is cut, fried in melted butter and minced. Onion and garlic are cut, browned in melted butter and minced. Prepared asparagus and greens are frozen, preferably at slow rate, and minced. The above components are mixed with cherry plum puree, table salt and CO2-extract of black bitter pepper. The resultant mixture is packaged in aluminium tubes, vacuum-sealed and sterilised which finally yields the target finished product.
EFFECT: production of tinned food which has improved digestibility.
