SUBSTANCE: preserved food is cooked by mutton cutting, frying in melted butter and mincer grinding, garlic and onions cutting, browning in melted butter and grinding in mincer, parsley leaves and asparagus freezing and grinding in mincer, mixing of specified components with cherry plums puree, table salt and CO2-extract of black hot pepper, packing of prepared mixture into aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
