FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: canned food is cooked by mutton and potatoes cutting, frying in melted butter and mincing, carrots, parsley root, raw onions and garlic cutting, browning in melted butter and mincing, prunes blanching and mincing, fresh green peas and dill leaves freezing and mincing. Then specified components are mixed with cherry plum puree, sugar, salt and CO2-extract of black hot pepper. Obtained mixture is packed in aluminium tubes, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: this allows manufacturing of new canned food for space feeding having higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
