FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to feeding stuff production, namely to extrusion of milled feed stuff. Device contains loading hopper and feeding screw. Loading hopper is made in form of cylindrical jar which is connected to the cylindrical neck by horizontal ring-shaped bottom. Feeding screw is set in the neck with stable clearance relative to the surface of the latter. It is also set with interval relative to the upper neck base. The device is fitted with hollow transmission shaft which covers shaft of feeding screw and connected to the shaft of keying, while the key is set on the shaft and rests on the plug, which is fastened in the key bed of transmission shaft. Compression spring rests on the end of the shaft. This spring rests with the other end on the end of hollow leveling screw, fastened on the internal screw of transmission shaft. In the jar, in the average value with respect to height there are radial blades, inclined in relation to the horizontal plane, fastened on the transmission shaft. On the lower end of the latter, there is an Archimedean spiral, made of rigid strip bordering the ring-shaped bottom, pointing the rotation of transmission shaft with its free ring. Over the Archimedean spiral, there is a flat ring with outer diameter 1.2-1.3 times bigger than diameter of the neck. The ring is set with clearance relative to the Archimedean spiral. On the end of the shaft there is a rod, passed through the cavity of leveling screw and overhanging relative to the latter. The transmission shaft is supplied with gearing, which turns on electric motor, supplied with speed governor in form of resistor, which cross-head rod is connected to the rod. On the rod there is a scale in form of marks put on the rod on the level where they match the upper end of leveling screw. The marks in this position match the device, fine tuned for the standard pressure of feeding when the device is not working.
