FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: device contains an extruder complex with an extrusion auger, a feed bin tightly mounted on the body feed window which bin is conic-shaped at least in its lower part, a delivery auger shaped as a straight helicoids encompassing the drive shaft. The delivery auger is installed in the lower part of the feed bin coaxial to the latter and is rigidly mounted on the lower section of the drive shaft. The upper section of the drive shaft is run through the drive tube with a minimum positive allowance with the tube mounted on a bearing support attached to the feed bin collar. The drive shaft is connected to the drive tube via keyed connection, is spring-loaded relative to the tube with a compression spring whose upper end rests on the butt end of a screw which is screwed into the bottom of the cup mounted at the drive tube end and has a shoulder for resting on the upper butt-end of the drive tube in case of the delivery auger flights forming a minimum positive allowance relative to the feed bin. The outer edges of the delivery auger flights are sharpened. Between the extrusion auger flights endings and the rear butt-end of the extruder body there is a chamber formed.
EFFECT: extrusion process stabilisation.
