SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine and medical technology. Pulse and breath frequencies are measured. Pulse frequency to breath frequency ratio is determined constantly during session by the formula: T=RR/1 breath cycle, where RR is interpulse interval duration. Training involves light indicator colour change depending on T value. At optimum T value, indicator scale colour is set green, and if yellow or red colour appears, patient changes breath rate until green colour returns. Simulator includes pulse and breath rate sensors with relevant signal amplifiers, digital signal controller, operating microcontroller, external flash data storage, control keys, display and external USB transceiver. Operating microcontroller can implement data processing algorithms, simulation story control, control key signal processing, data representation on display, and game success and efficiency evaluation.
EFFECT: enhanced training efficiency in physiological function control training for situation of vertical competitive stress.
