FIELD: various fields of surgery for skin grafting. SUBSTANCE: perforator comprises drive 1 kinematically coupled with rollers 3 and 4 housed by casing 2 and having supporting discs 5. and working discs 7 provided with slots at their edges. Discs 5 and 7 are mounted, respectively, on first 3 and second 4 rollers near means for feeding and removal of transplant. Said means includes guide plate 8 and, interposed between supporting discs 5, main eccentric withdrawing rings 9. Transplant withdrawing means is made in form of first stop elements 11 mounted for cooperation with first positioner 10 secured to casing 2. First stop elements 11 are tangentially connected with auxiliary eccentric withdrawing rings 12 interposed between working discs 7. Main eccentric withdrawing discs 9 are provided with second stop elements 13 capable of cooperating with second positioner. EFFECT: improved design. 9 cl, 2 dwg
