FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, particularly surgery and methods of treating gunshot osseovascular extremity injuries with injured main artery. Primary surgical processing involves bone fracture resection to obtain transverse fracture apposition against longitudinal bone axis. Main artery is loosely sutured without crimping under 50-60° angle against vessel cross-section. Over ten days extremity segment length reconstruction is begun in distraction mode. Osseous and vascular distraction regenerate is developed. After extremity segment length reconstruction, aggregate of non-focused perosseous compression and distraction osteosynthesis is switched to stabilisation mode until osseous and vascular distraction regenerate is completed.
EFFECT: reconstruction of injured extremity length and functioning, reliable fixation, osseous and vascular regenerate development, injured artery and blood flow restoration, prevented compression in anastomosis zone during artery suturing, reduced treatment duration.
