FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: proposed ultrasound sprayer is intended for spraying viscous preparations, for example those based on, water-, water-spirit, water-glycerin and oil solutions, producing emulsions of non-miscible fluids in a device that resists treatment by sterilising agents. The sprayer vibrator represents a plate made up of multilayer metal-piezoceramics-polymer composite material. The said plate represents a flat ring enveloping rod (1) with its plane engaged with the vibrator via adjustable gap. The plate inner edges engage with on end face of the sleeve also enveloping the aforesaid rod. There is a minimum positive circular allowance (5) arranged between the sleeve, plates inner edges and rod to make a channel designed to feed preparation into the gap between the vibrator and plate. The sleeve second end face is jointed to the unit feeding one or several preparations.

EFFECT: spraying cycle economy, ease of use and resistance against sterilising agents.
