FIELD: automotive engineering, particularly engine construction. SUBSTANCE: sprayer has active sonic vibrator and mechanism for feeding fuel to its radiation surface. The sprayer has passive vibrator resiliently urged by a portion of its surface to radiation surface of the active vibrator and defining with the active vibrator a fuel supply system. Used as the vibrator is an electromechanical transducer, such as a piezoceramic transducer. Fuel is conveyed from tank along fuel line to interior of the fuel supply system. Upon inducing ultrasonic vibrations between active and passive vibrators a periodically varying clearance is formed through which atomized fuel is forced to air medium. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of the fuel system. 7 cl, 8 dwg
