FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns materials processing by pressure field. Particularly it concerns facilities for material strengthening during the treatment and is provided for treatment of mainly long-measuring large capacity workpiece. Facility contains torsion unit, consisting of matrix with tangential channel, rigidly bound to tooth gear, providing blank torsion. Tangential channel has tandem tapered part, which is directed by smaller basis to outlet of tangential channel, and outlet parallel. Torsion unit is located between feeding and grooving rolls and tapered part of matrix channel is outfitted equispaced by its internal surface buttress. Length of each buttress is equal to the length of tapered part of matrix channel, and height has variable value lengthwise the buttress, achieving maximum in the midpoint of tapered part of matrix channel.
EFFECT: extended capabilities of facility, and also improving and labour coefficient reduction of the production process of long-measuring blanks is provided.
