FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway engineering, particularly to railway automation and telemechanics and is designed to be used for rolling stock traffic interval regulation. The proposed method of transmitting data to rolling stock consists in translation of code pulses into rail circuits after the rails circuits are engaged. Note here that the delay of exciting separate code-cutting-in relays is provided for whereat the translation of the first cycle "КЖ", "Ж", "З" into the rail circuits is initiated starting from the long interval. The proposed device incorporates a circuit designed to switch on the group code-cut-in relays, a circuit to switch on the code-track transmitter, a circuit to switch on separate code-cut-in relays comprising the code-cut-in relay windings, the contacts of the point-and-track and track relays, as well as the contacts of the group code-cut-in relays, a circuit to connected the encoding devices to the rail circuit that comprises a direct pole of the AC power supply, the contacts the group transmitter relay and those of separate code-cut-in relays. The proposed device additionally comprises modified circuits to connect the encoding devices to the rail circuit and to cut in separate code-cut-in relays along with the delay circuit incorporating the winding of slow-action operating reverse repeater of the group transmitter relay, the first bottom contact of the group transmitter relay, limiting resistor and poles of the AC voltage power supply.

EFFECT: higher safety of data transmission.
