FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to waste processing and is intended for the sequential phase-by-phase anaerobic fermentation of different diluted organic wastes, manure and excrements and production of organic fertilisers and combustible biogas. The method of two-phase anaerobic fermentation of organic wastes includes fresh wastes preheating in heat-exchanger and supplying them to the internal and external chambers of methane tank where acidogenesis and methanogenesis phases take place. As a result, combustible biogas and organic fertilisers are produced. The acidogenesis takes place in the internal chamber of methane tank. After that, volatile acids are separated from the thick mass by separation. The required amount of volatile acids is pumped into the internal chamber of methane tank, while the thick mass is supplied to the external chamber for performing methanogenesis. As a preliminary stage, some amount of fermented mass is retained in the internal chamber of the methane tank to allow active reproducing of the required acid-forming bacteria amounts in acidogenesis phase.
EFFECT: reduced time of organic wastes fermentation.
