FIELD: bioenergy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bioenergy, namely to devices for two-stage anaerobic fermentation of organic wastes. Biomethane plant for anaerobic fermentation of organic wastes comprises a sealed tank with a dome and a bottom, inside of which there are internal and external fermentation chambers, branch pipes for supply of liquefied organic wastes, removal of fermented mass and a branch pipe for biogas removal. Inner chamber is isolated from the outer one and is located coaxially inside it on supports connected to the bottom of the tank. Inner chamber is interconnected with the outer chamber through a system of pipelines connected to a separator consisting of a branch pipe for feeding a mixture of volatile fatty acids from the separator into the inner chamber and a branch pipe for supplying the substrate from the inner chamber after the hydrolysis and acidogenesis phases in the separator for separating volatile fatty acids from the thick mass. Dome of the biomethane plant for anaerobic fermentation of organic wastes is made of an elastic material which enables to change the volume of biogas. Fermentation material supply branch pipe is made tangentially with direction of angle of outlet pipeline 45±5°. In the external chamber there are two oppositely directed single-turn screws with the turns directed towards the centre towards each other. Discharge branch pipe of fermented mass is made with angle of inclination of 30±5°.
EFFECT: reduced duration of fermentation of wastes, increased efficiency, possibility of separation of volatile fatty acids.
